$3,000 sign on bonus, (Sign on bonus paid 50% at 90 days and 50% at 180 days of employment) with annual earning potential over $75K.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Install new and used equipment by following established processes and procedures
• Ensure each installation is consistent with the next and meets the standard and customer’s needs
• Work independently in a field service environment while displaying a professional and confident relationship with the customer
• Diagnose issues with re-installed equipment using diagnostic software
• Order parts needed for each job
• Complete invoicing and Smartsheet uploads when job is completed
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
• Technical degree or certification in a skilled trade is a plus
SKILLS:
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Problem solving skills
• Trouble shooting skills
ABILITIES:
• Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude
• Possess a clean driving record
• Must be able to travel to customer locations for 2-3 weeks at a time
• Work with common hand tools as well as scissor lifts and forklifts
• Work comfortably on a ladder and/or scaffolding
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Exposure to varying weather-related temperatures (both inside and outside)
• Frequently works on scaffolding
• Moderate exposure to confined spaces, moving objects, and mechanical parts
• Moderate exposure to chemicals and fumes
• Moderate noise level
